Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days using Australia Post standard delivery timeframe is 2 - 8 days.

Flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies to orders shipping within Australia.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lomax_house@outlook.com or via the contacts page lomaxhouse.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
